1. Does Lidco have wholesale minimum order quantity requirements?

Yes, we require minimum orders for all products. We also require orders to match shipping case quantities so that we don’t need to ship in less-than-full boxes. This helps us with inventory as well as shipping efficiency. If you already know what you want, check the shipping and minimum order quantity charts on each of our product pages. 2. Where can I purchase Lidco Products if I want less than the MOQ?

We have lots of wonderful distributors who carry our products, and sell them in smaller quantities! Contact us and we’ll connect you with a distributor near you.

3. What are the Lead Times and delivery estimates for Lidco plain goods and custom-printed products?

Our plain goods usually ship in 2-3 business days. Custom-printed products take 6-10 weeks. We ship most of our products out of Minnesota, USA. We don’t offer free shipping at this time, but we’re happy to arrange shipping on our UPS account or get a freight quote for you (for larger orders). You can also ship using any of your own small parcel or freight accounts.

4. Where are Lidco Products made?

All Lidco Products are proudly manufactured in the USA. Custom printing and accessories are also made in the USA.

5. Does Lidco ship internationally? If so, what are the requirements?

Yes, Lidco does ship internationally. We can provide you with shipping quotes through UPS or DHL, or you’re welcome to arrange your own shipping. Lead times are longer for international orders – up to 2 weeks for plain goods, and 8-12 weeks for custom-printed products.

6. Can you remove the company information from the middle of the squeegee?

Yes, we can remove our company information from the middle of the squeegee. We require that you order a minimum of 20,000 squeegees to remove the insert.  

7. Does Lidco offer “white label” products?

Yes we do offer “white label” products. We have 3 options for customization: adding your logo, custom colors, or custom engraving. Check out our blog post for more information.

8. Can I order a Lidco item in a different color than you show on your website?

Yes, you can order Lidco squeegees in custom colors. We require that you order a minimum of 20,000 squeegees to print in custom colors. Additional costs depend on the color you choose. Check out our blog post for more information.

9. Can Lidco put felt on an item other than the poly squeegees?

Yes, we can put both our standard-weight (black) and our heavy-weight (white) felt on our Nylon and Teflon squeegees. There is a small added fee per squeegee.

10. Can you recommend which Lidco product should be used for certain jobs?

There’s no definite answer for which Lidco tool will work best for your job. Customers like different squeegees for different types of applications, and based on their personal preferences.
